Angela Kesselman is the founder of SunRidge Commercial Capital, a privately held commercial real estate loan consulting company. She has consistently worked as an independent commercial real estate loan originator since 1997. Ms. Kesselman was affiliated with The Madison Group from April 2013 through March 2022, when she started her own team and began the SunRidge Commercial Capital group. Prior to The Madison Group, she was an Associate at Western Capital from 1997 to 2011. Before Western Capital, Ms. Kesselman worked in many different positions within the mortgage industry.
Throughout her lending career, Angela has navigated the industry through the eyes of a banker, lending manager, mortgage banker, underwriter, advisor and client. Her mission is to analyze a client’s particular needs and work through the myriad of lenders to choose a loan product that is best aligned to meet a client’s unique needs and goals. Angela is also dedicated to helping the environment through lending platforms that focus on sustainability and social impact.
Ms. Kesselman currently serves on the board of directors for CREW Utah, which is a network that transforms the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. When not working on her client’s needs, she can be found enjoying the great outdoors in the beautiful state of Utah..
Mike has worked in real estate finance for over 30 years. After graduating with a degree in economics from Stanford, he started his career as a Loan Officer and Manager for First Bank of Colorado in Denver where he gained experience in all aspects of consumer and business banking. He then worked in residential mortgage underwriting for several years where he expanded his knowledge of lending principles and honed his risk analysis skills. In 1996, Mike transitioned from underwriting into working directly with borrowers in loan origination and consulting.
He works closely and conscientiously with his clients to fully understand their goals and help them identify and secure the best financing solutions possible to achieve them.
A Utah native and nature addict, he loves hiking, mountain biking, skiing and fly-fishing.
Eric Foch is Managing Director of SunRidge Commercial Capital, LLC with over 30 years of experience in Commercial Mortgage Lending and Brokerage. After moving to the US from Canada in the mid-eighties, Eric joined the First Boston Corporation in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group where he worked on large, complex, single-asset financings. He was then recruited to Merrill Lynch where he headed what was one of the early CMBS groups.
Mr. Foch subsequently started and managed his own firm which focused on commercial mortgage brokerage as well as marketing pools of sub-performing commercial whole loans and started a high-yield Fund that focused on that product. He returned to Wall Street in 2004 first as a CMBS Originator for the newly formed Eurohypo platform and then Director for Dexia Real Estate Capital Markets where he originated both CMBS and Balance Sheet loans. Most recently, from 2020 – 2022, Eric was Senior Account Executive for the New York office of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, one of the operating subsidiaries of Fidelity, where he marketed the firm’s Title Insurance, settlement services and risk solutions.
Eric’s background is both varied and complete. He has a firm understanding of commercial real estate and mortgage valuation, underwriting and deal structuring, along with closing/settlement and capital markets expertise. He brings all these skills to bear for your commercial mortgage needs.
Garrett Garner has focused on structured debt and sourcing capital for investors and business owners across the country for nearly 10 years. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he moved down to San Diego to start a career in mortgage banking. He has spent time underwriting and doing sales for unique lending solutions for Single Family Residences and commercial assets nationally for a local bank. After some time, his focus has shifted strictly to commercial financing, providing structured debt tailored to investors individual needs.
Garrett works closely with Sales Broker’s and other Real Estate professionals to provide education and insight into the capital markets, in an effort to help them close their deals with a certainty of execution in a timely manner.
As a California native, Garrett has spent time in San Diego, Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo. In his free time he is a big baseball fan, love’s to get to the mountains and is always out networking and socializing.
